INDIA
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional ₹100 will be charged at checkout.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses. Deliveries to rural locations may require additional transit time. Orders requiring customization or special requests may take additional processing time and are usually dispatched within 7–10 working days.

Standard domestic orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days. However, delays may occur during unforeseen circumstances, festive periods, or due to courier-related issues.
INTERNATIONAL
For international shipping, an additional ₹2500 shipping fee will be charged at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges, if applicable, are to be borne by the customer as per the regulations of the destination country.
If you have any questions regarding customs or import duties, kindly contact your local customs office, as these charges vary from country to country and are beyond our control.
International orders are generally delivered within 10–15 working days. In some cases, dispatch timelines may extend if the product is made-to-order or requires procurement.

At AZOTIIQUE by Varun Raheja, we strive to dispatch all orders within 3–10 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Estimated delivery timelines are approximate and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.
We are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, public holidays, customs clearance delays, or other unavoidable circumstances.
To ensure safe and secure delivery, all orders are shipped through reputed courier partners such as Blue Dart and Pheonix ( Fedex and DHL ) providers.
If you believe that the package has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, kindly refuse to accept the package and immediately contact us via WhatsApp on +91 9619021214 or email us at info@azotiique.com with your order number and relevant details. We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement wherever applicable.
All shipments are fully insured and may require signature and identity verification upon delivery.
REFUND POLICY
We aim to process all approved refunds efficiently. Once the returned product is received and inspected by our Quality Check (QC) team, eligible refunds will be issued in the form of Store Credit.
Store Credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
