Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or if you have received the incorrect product. If your order is damaged or incorrect, you may return the items in the same condition as received (unworn, with original packaging, and the barcode tag must not be tampered with).
4 Steps to Making a Return
- Notify Us: Please inform us within 2 days of receiving your order by emailing info@azotiique.com.
- Send a Photograph: Before we arrange for the return of your damaged or incorrect product, you must send us a photograph of the product. The Azotiique QC team will then decide whether the product is approved for return.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your email and our Quality Control team has authorized the return, we will arrange for the collection of the product.
- Product Replacement: Once we receive the damaged or incorrect product, we will dispatch the correct product.
Please Note: We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages and are not liable for any returns that were not notified to us in advance.
No Refunds Will Be Given in the Following Cases
We have a 6 working day return policy, which means you have 6 working days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer cash or online refunds. All returns will be issued as a credit note valid for one year.
To start a return, please contact us at info@azotiique.com. If your return is accepted, please ship the product back to us within 6 working days at your own cost. Items sent back to us without prior return requests will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
We are not liable for damages that occur during transit. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. In this case, we will send you a return label and arrange for the product to be collected.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of receiving store credit, please note that we can only replace it with the same product, subject to availability.
Colours
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible on the Azotiique website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for sale items or items purchased using a credit note, gift coupon, or offer. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Customized products cannot be exchanged or returned as they are personalized just for you.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. We request that you mindfully place your order, as each Azotiique piece is carefully handcrafted, and we initiate production as soon as we receive an order.
Repairs
If you need to have your Azotiique item repaired, please contact us via email at info@azotiique.com or by phone at +91 9619021214. We will repair any jewelry purchased through www.azotiique.com. Items purchased from other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased.
- Repairs needed within 6 months after purchase are free.
- Repairs after 6 months may incur a fee, depending on the nature of the repair and material availability.
Please note that we may not be able to order certain components needed for the repair of ordered items. All Azotiique products are handmade and require a high level of craftsmanship not only for production but also for repairs.
To ensure the quality of repairs, please note that Azotiique handles repairs exclusively in-house by our artisans and does not offer spare parts.
